Presses 80-225 Ton
Hydraulic press for laboratory tests or small special production quantity. Manufactured in three different version 80,120,225 t maximum load designed to pressure mould ceramic object, tiles, test specimens, refractories, bricks etc. The mould is interchangeable and can be our standard or on customer’s request according to the dimensions indicated below. Pressure can be adjusted manually or semi-automatic via microprocessor electronic control to do pressing cycles with two pre-pressing stages and a final pressing stage. As accessory we can supply a semi-automatic or automatic loader.The sample is extracted by means of the lower hydraulic cylinder. The press is furnished without mould.
The moulds and touch screen are avaible on request.

• In the semi-automatic version the programme can be with 2 pressing stages and final pressing stage
• The moulds can be our standard, with one or more cavities or made as per customer’s request at extra cost
• On demand semi-automatic filling powder into the mould
• Supply: 400 V-50 Hz three phases (other voltage on request)
• Programming the worring cycle through touch screen
• Possible to set up to 10 recipes
