Portable, economy and fast instruments for the determination of the hardness of clays:
• Extruded (for bricks, roof tiles, “cotto” tiles, etc)
• Pats of clay (for hobby, artistic, table dinnerware, sanitary ware, etc)
The operation principle is based on the contrast force to penetration made by the sample material on the instrument calibrated spring. The instrument drill is pressed on the material till reaching the supporting base
