Load-tec module for sanitary ware
The LOADTEC MODULE is produced to accomplish the static load test on WC and wash basin. With additional floor tools the machine is suitable to do Static Load test on pedestral WC , Bidet, Shower Tray and Kitchen Sink. The process is managed by a computer with user interface carried out by touch screen. This system is easy and it allows the messages and instructions receipt from the operator without cosntantly look at the monitor. The module consists of an enclosed structure with the trasparent polycarbonate walls. Frontally there is a double shutter door with trasparent polycarbonate walls for safety rules. The shutter doors are locked by a safety electrolock device. The testing piece is fixed to the stable supports machine, an electromechanical actuator moves a sensitive loading head mounted on the mo-dule top. It practises a vertical force on the piece according to the time and board intensity set by means of the switch-board.
